Scope and start date
Delivery starts after the written scope, payment stage and required client material are confirmed. The proposal states the pages, features, review rounds, milestones and target timing for that project.
Digital delivery
Work is delivered through preview links, a production website, repository access or downloadable design files, depending on the agreed service. Domain, hosting and gateway accounts remain in the client name.
Reviews and delays
Owzify shares milestones for review. Delayed feedback, missing content, new requirements or unavailable third party services can move the delivery date. Any material change is confirmed in writing.
Handover
After final approval and the agreed final payment, Owzify connects the production domain and hands over the agreed files, access and basic operating instructions.
Support
